Palavi Nurturing Minds And Beyond Foundation (PNMB) is a registered non-profit organization committed to nurturing resilient, compassionate, and future-ready individuals through education, values, creativity, and life skills.

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream, regardless of their background. Through innovative, joyful, and inclusive learning experiences, we empower children and communities with knowledge, confidence, and essential life skills.

Our initiatives include reading promotion through the Magic Book Box – Mini Library, Screen addiction, Child safety, Personality development, Spoken English, Digital literacy, STEM awareness, Health and hygiene education, Environmental awareness, Gender sensitivity, and Life skills programs. We work closely with schools, underserved communities, and volunteers to create meaningful and lasting impact through community development programs.

Since our inception, PNMB has successfully implemented over 100 community projects, partnered with schools and organizations, and positively impacted thousands of children, educators, women, and families.

THE FOUNDERS

Palavi Nurturing Minds And Beyond Foundation was founded by Shobha Srikanth, Varsha Kale, Sudha Bhat and Nipa Jog who have more than 15 years of experience in the field of social work. They share a common goal of Nation Building through social work for the underprivileged children and communities.

Shobha Srikanth

Shobha Srikanth is a passionate social worker and education advocate with over 15 years of experience in community development. She has been honoured with multiple awards from the Government of Maharashtra and reputed organizations including the Stree Foundation, Lokmat Daily and She Inspire Magazine for her contribution to society and for Good Touch Bad Touch program for children.

Before dedicating herself fully to social work, she worked in the IT industry in India and abroad, bringing valuable professional experience and a global perspective to her mission at Palavi Nurturing Minds And Beyond Foundation.

Varsha Kale

B. Com M.A. (Sociology), Diploma in Women's Studies.

Varsha Kale brings over 40 years of experience in the social sector, having worked with several NGOs on community development and empowerment initiatives. She has conducted residential camps for children and families for more than 10 years and had been the Managing Editor of the Marathi monthly magazine Antarnaad for the past 25 years. Her work reflects a deep commitment to education, social awareness, and community welfare

Sudha Bhat is a homemaker and gemologist with a deep passion for community service and helping those in need. For the past eight years, she has been actively coordinating and supporting social projects for various charitable organizations.

Her caring nature, dedication, and commitment to service have inspired her to contribute meaningfully to the welfare of the community. She believes that even small acts of kindness can create a positive and lasting impact on people’s lives.

Beyond her social work, Sudha enjoys travelling, trekking, and playing badminton.

Sudha Bhat

Nipa Jog

Nipa Jog is a compassionate personality, born and brought up in Mumbai. She started her career in Finance, later ventured into service industry and created opportunities for speech and hearing-impaired individuals, that helped them lead dignified lives. She currently serves as a Director in her husband’s company and also runs a pure handloom saree brand that supports weavers. Nipa has participated in an All-Women’s Car Rally for three consecutive years to spread cancer awareness and importance of cancer vaccination.

She is part of many charity organizations since last 21 years and is looking forward to make an impact in the society as she believes that “Empathy, care and support in the smallest possible way is the first step to build a strong and safe society,”
